Postal Charges & Delivery Times
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Individual purchase orders are sent using 'standard' post and delivery is Australia wide.
'Standard' post-delivery takes between 3-6 business days and has the following charges which are based on the cost of the order:
On orders up to $80.00 we charge a flat rate of $7.00
On orders above $81.00 to $140.00 is $12.00
Note: Orders that total above $140.00, delivery cost is available on request.
Production Times
Once your individual order is placed on our site, your soap order will be packaged up and posted out within 2 business days.
Please note that in peak holiday periods there may be an extra business day required for your order to be processed and posted.
Each soap order is secured packed and includes a label displaying the full ingredients.
